A good Aviation Safety website
I've discovered http://overtheairwaves.com. This website is absolutely chock full of safety and skill tips, accident reports and newsy bits.
It is produced by Bob Miller, a CFII based in Tonawanda, and is also available as an e-newsletter. There is a fresh issue every two weeks.
Really worth a look!
